Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice including our VIP patients.
• Assisting patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation.
• Maintain a professional front of house/reception area.
• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments including confirming upcoming appointments.
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
• Informing patients of financial treatment plan options.
• Check daily appointment schedule and enter all relevant patient information into data system.
• Verify and update patient information.
• Arrange patient charts and forms for next day appointments.
• Maintain a professional front of house/reception area.
• Cashing up at the end of the day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.50-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Dental Administration: 1 year (preferred)
