Work you'll do

In this position you will be a Scrum Master supporting a government clients modernization of a legacy application. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, team standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The candidate will work closely with the projects team lead to identify and remove impediments that are negatively affecting the team's ability to deliver value. This candidate will also be responsible for managing the teams Agile project management tool and ensuring that the teams progress is transparent to all stakeholders/management.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree required2+ years'

experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an agile environment2+ years'

experience running scrum ceremonies and sprint stand-ups

Preferred

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to obtain and maintain the required security clearanceAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and sectors that you serve
