Role Overview & Specifications
We are looking to recruit a delivery driver with a friendly polite personality to deliver goods to our customers, mainly Restaurants & Hotels.
Main duties & Responsibilities- Arrival by the start time, load vehicle and general sort consignments
- Accurate checking of items from manifest when delivering to customer premises
- Routing of deliveries including Customer time windows
- Awareness of safety procedures for loading and unloading processes
- Daily Vehicle checks
- Unloading and labelling of non- deliveries
- Working in the Warehouse on Goods inward and load assembly as & when required.
- Previous experience of Multi drop
- Good time keeping
- Confident and excellent attitude towards dealing with Customers on a face to face basis
- Good Telephone manner
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Scotland central belt.
- Being reliable and trustworthy
- Clean driving Licence
Holidays 28 days including 4 bank holidays
