Position
Overview: The Attorney position is a challenging, fast-paced role that requires the ability to work independently and handle a high volume of legal matters. This role involves the representation of clients in all aspects of real estate law, including contract negotiation, pre-trial litigation, trial preparation, and depositions. The Real Estate Attorney will provide legal advice and guidance, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
Key
Responsibilities
Provide clients with legal advice and represent them in court proceedings.Negotiate contracts with clients and other parties.Prepare pleadings, motions, legal documents, and other required paperwork.Conduct legal research, including analysis of recent changes and developments in applicable law.Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial proceedings.Attend pre-trial hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Collect, review, and analyze evidence.Provide clients with professional advice and guidance.Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited university.Member in good standing of the state bar association (OH).Minimum of 5 years of
experience in real estate law.Strong analytical, legal writing, and communication
skills.Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of legal matters.Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws.

salary ($90,000-$130,000) + commission
