responsibilities

Sweeps and picks up litter in garage and ramps, sweep and mop elevators, sweep and clean all stairwellsMonitors tenant parking in garage and alley parking lot and notify manager of violation of parking rules.Monitors exterior parking lots and cleans as needed.Assist monthly parkers and visitors as needed when entering or exiting the garage or parking lotsAssist parkers if they need to contact a towing companyMay perform other maintenance

duties such as cleaning garage lights of dust and accumulated dirt as needed. This includes using sweeper or power washing equipment or other required cleaning equipmentThe associate is regularly required to run; stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Ability to use power tools and other required equipment May do other job related
