Position Profile.
Serve as a core team member on key pieces of business, managing multiple projects concurrentlyExecute and support the development of sports activation and partnership strategies for consumer brandsManage daily client communications and internal workflows across accountsCraft, present and execute integrated communications strategies for major campaignsDevelop and implement media strategies to generate earned coverage (e.g., build media lists, pitch media, staff interviews)Draft and edit media materials (e.g., pitches, Q&As, briefing documents), producing high-quality, client-facing final productsDemonstrate a consistent understanding of cultural trends (sports and pop culture) among varied audiences (e.g., Gen-Z and millennials) and relevant client/media industry news to identify compelling long-term and quick-strike ideas for clients, media and influencersAssess value of client participation in high-impact sports events, partnerships and cultural momentsMentor and support team members to foster excellence, camaraderie and successServe as a regular participant in client meetings and presentationsAdopt new media trends, platforms and practices, democratizing learnings and helping to raise the acumen of our organization and clientsAssist with ongoing reporting, research and monitoring projects for clientsManage outside vendors/partners and troubleshoot activations

Salary range: $74,000 - $85,000
