We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and vigilant security guard for this position.



Job Description:

• 
  Ensure the safety and security of the building.
• 
  Do patrols around the building.
• 
  Ability to confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations when required.
• 
  Follow instructions and procedures appropriately and with diligence.
• 
  Work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way.
• 
  Always remain vigilant. Report incidents to supervisors and management when required.
• 
  Additional tasks as required.

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Punctual, must aim to be at least 15 minutes before.
• 
  Polite and courteous manner.
• 
  A calm, assertive manner, to defuse potential conflict situations.
• 
  Good observation skills, remaining alert to any potential issues.

Requirements

• Security experience is required.
• A valid SIA License is mandatory.
