Financial Reporting Manager

We are working with a corporation headquartered in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities area who is looking to add a Financial Reporting Manager to their team. This opportunity offers a hybrid

work schedule. This position reports and works with the Director of Financial Reporting and is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting for one of the most well respected organizations in the Twin Cities. Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities Include

Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financials (10K, 10Q, and other required filings) Preparation and compilation of the underlying financial data included in the MD&A Preparation of financial results to management (Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors) Ensure compliance with GAAP and all reportable transactions are accurately disclosed Assess company performance as compared to budget/forecasted results Work closely with the corporation’s external audit firm to ensure requests are promptly addressed to ensure accurate and timely filings Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director

Requirements

CPA with Public Accounting and prior financial reporting within an SEC environment Advanced degree a plus
