The Asset Manager’s

responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analyze monthly and annual financial and operational reports and identify opportunities for improvementWork with Property Managers to provide direction and oversight of operating plans, budgets and forecastsApprove and submit reserve draws, third-party contracts, rent increases, non-budgeted expenditures, etcPerform post-acquisition activities and integrationRespond to requests from investors, agencies, property managers, etcReview property tax assessments and submit any necessary appealsReview insurance

requirements and work with broker on new policies and existing policy renewalsReview rent structures based on market analysisPerform periodic on-site inspection property visitsOther tasks and

duties as assigned

Qualifications Of The Asset Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ year’s related

experience Proficiency in Excel Able to prioritize and multi-task
