Job Title: NetSuite Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Minimum 3 months, potential for extension
Hourly Rate: Market competitive
Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience working directly with NetSuite. This role will primarily focus on optimizing our client’s NetSuite implementation, addressing high-priority projects, and assisting with integrations and process improvements.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement within NetSuite.Utilize NetSuite Planning and Budgeting module to enhance financial planning processes.Configure and optimize NetSuite Purchasing module to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Facilitate the integration of Docupeak OCR system with NetSuite for seamless invoice processing and routing.Work closely with Procurement and F&A teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with NetSuite capabilities.Provide expertise in NetSuite modules and functionalities to address pain points and optimize workflows.Manage integrations and ensure smooth data flow between NetSuite and other systems.Assist with reporting needs and provide guidance on leveraging NetSuite for robust reporting and analysis.
Requirements:Strong accounting background with previous experience as an accountant using NetSuite.Proven experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.Familiarity with NetSuite modules including Planning and Budgeting, Purchasing, and integration capabilities.Experience working onsite with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail.Must be able to work onsite at Houston office 5 days a week for the duration of the contract.
