Job Description

Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatments and procedures. Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records according to facility protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Education And Certification

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited LPN program. Current LPN license in the state of Minnesota. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
