The Position

Description Of Work
In this role, you will be providing clerical support to the bureaus within Comptrollers Operations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Work includes serving as a receptionist, handling Bureau of Commonwealth Payroll Operations (BCPO) mail, retrieving and distributing Treasury checks, as well as verifying research and resolving conflicts with pending Treasury check pull cases. You will have the opportunity to serve as a back-up timekeeper, completing data entry into SAP, and performing back up support to the OCO Operations Support Center, processing incoming mail and checks. You may also be required to input Shopping Cart entries into SAP in accordance to purchasing policies.

Work Schedule And Additional Information
Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. AWS (alternate
work schedule) may be available upon successful completion of the required probationary period.
Salary:The starting

Requirements
One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical
experience; or An equivalent combination of
experience and training.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Qualifications (not required):
Experience Performing Timekeeping
duties in SAP.
