Overview
The purpose of this job is to the ability to use an emerging technology, to lead a team, to capture 100% accurate data of outlet execution (includes asset placements, inventory, planogram adherence, pricing to name few). In addition, it includes capturing inventory positions to influence ordering and ordering algorithms. Develop and execute effective training and sustainability programs. Simultaneously implement known use cases, provide a point of view on future use cases. Solve gaps in data execution and technology. Build processes with direct reports that deliver consistent results. Design processes to address one off use cases, and collaborate with other departments to solve dispatching of the reset team and other avenues to capture photos. Due to the multiple channels of business served, some areas of related opportunity are less evident than others so this leader will help us maximize the value of the technology in all areas of the business.
Duties &
Responsibilities
Determines and leads the integration of this emerging technology into our total enterprise go-to-market strategies, impacting all channels of business. Strategies will support data-based enhancements to the design, selling, and execution tracking of our Commercial Plans. Will need to understand proper phasing and infrastructure capabilities to advocate and influence for enhancements needed to future-proof our go-to-market approach with AI technology. Coordinates with frontline team management to design and execute field training and sustaining programs to ensure tools are effectively adopted and supported.Problem solves for gaps in deployment process, technological capabilities, and change management initiatives. Agile mindset to understand re-prioritization and replanning. Will establish strategy KPIs with cross-functional partners, then monitor for performance gaps to adjust accordingly. Executive presence and comfortability with senior-level audiences. Will represent quantitative results and technical outcomes before a diverse stakeholder audience.Inspire and effectively lead a team. Will need to evaluate resources and team structure needs over time.Work with cross functional teammates to deliver actionable and consumable insights that are relevant to shared scorecards that support total enterprise execution, financial, customer, and commercial targets.Develop processes with direct reports to enable consistent results
