Product Specialist

We are hiring for talented Product Specialist for Service Provider in the Energy Sector.

Join us as an Offshore Logistics Expert in the role of Product Specialist! Contribute to our software development by aligning it with business strategy and client needs. We're looking for a strategic thinker with solid offshore logistics expertise and a network in the local energy industry. Your role, the first of its kind in our US office, will involve close collaboration with teams in other countries.

Must have upstream and Must come from a Service Provider.

Product Strategy: Develop and clearly communicate the product roadmap that aligns with business goals.

Requirements Gathering: Collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D teams to prioritize product development in line with customer feature requests.

Backlog Management: The ability to prioritize the backlog and communicate priorities to stakeholders.

Development Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, guiding high-quality feature delivery. Scope client and business

requirements to the R&D team so they can act on it.

Customer Interaction: Act as a key contact between the development team and customers, ensuring satisfaction without compromising the company's strategy.User

Experience: Collaborate with the UX designer for an intuitive interface.

Release Management: Help to coordinate software releases with minimal disruption to users.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement in software features and product development processes.
