Responsibilities

As Senior Manager for Vehicle Systems' (VS) Electronics, Integration & Labs competency, you are responsible for planning, staffing, execution, and performance budget/schedule for the competency across all Lines of Business. You will lead three managers and small dedicated staff to set expectations for growth, performance, behavior, and execution. As the Senior Manager of the Electronics, Integration and Labs team, you will be ultimately responsible for:

building and mentoring strong leadership for the Vehicle Systems Integration & Airworthiness Team, Electronic Hardware Development Team and two VS Labs Teams in Fort Worth and Marietta ensure that all new programs and projects "Start Green and Stay Green" by establishing work scope and negotiating realistically executable cost and schedule submittals for Basis of Estimates and subsequent Baselines champion safety, with focus on teammates who conduct hands-on work in the labs, factory floor, and flight line champion Airworthiness across the Vehicle Systems and Flight Sciences directorates to include the accurate and timely submittal of Release Authorization Notices and System Release Memos promote LM design authority and use of Build-To-Print suppliers for high value electronic development efforts ensure capital and overhead for labor and material dollars is adequate to need and best spent to maintain and grow lab capability and the overall team's skill base be responsible for workforce development and workforce management. resolve issues in a structured, timely and collaborative manner with peer and support organizations like system safety, quality, procurement, facilities, maintenance, internal/external customers, HR, business units, etc. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of many by guiding complex and diverse teams within Electronics, Integration and Labs and spanning the product life-cycle, from initial design and integration into a developmental air vehicle, to test and verification of these systems, to production build and fielded support. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their

work schedule remotely and part of their

work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate

work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off

benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
