A Training Manager is responsible for developing learning and development strategies for employees. Some

duties include assessing necessary

skills, evaluating and implementing training strategies.

Responsibilities: Entry Level Training Managers are responsible for assessing the

skills, performance, productivity, and talents of employees and prepare evaluations with advice for improvement. Some typical daily

duties include:Searching for gaps in training, training content/materials that need to be improved or updated to improve productivity Research new training materials/supplies to enhance training procedures while increasing employee productivity Identifying training needs and improving curriculumMentor and educate trainees through transitions either between departments or promotionsCommunicating to ensure trainee needs are metOrganizing leadership development programs for entry level employees. Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for newly hired employeesResolve and problem solve concerns/issues when needed.
