This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a departmental team that provides the data and evidence to allow service managers make informed decisions to improve services to our customers.

There is a variety of duties which include, data analysis, reporting, research, systems development, engagement activities and process reviews to name but a few.

The work is undertaken as part of a small team supporting a large and diverse department.

Qualification: Study for a relevant Postgraduate or Professional Qualification in a relevant field

Salary: £21,968 fixed pa

Length of programme: 2 years

Support: A professional development programme via in-house and external courses, seminars, and workshops, plus access to mentoring and coaching from senior managers.
