Carex's partner has an immediate need for a Part-Time Project Change Manager to help oversee the change strategy for a technical implementation. The Project Change Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated Project Change Strategy and Plan (communication, stakeholder involvement/engagement, training). They will work closely with the project manager, business analyst and business owner to develop this plan and overlay it across the project timeline. They will engage with stakeholders, ensure change activities & deliverables are aligned to the project timeline. The Change Manager will provide added support for communication for not only the project manager but also the business owner. This is a remote, part-time contract role with an hourly pay rate that caps at $80/hour (This is a W-2 role with a pay rate range that is based off of

experience).

What You'll Do:

Ensure engaged and visible sponsorship throughout the project lifecycleEngage business owner and stakeholders in defining future state and transitioning through the change Identify and prepare for change impactsAnalyze and develop integrated change plan to support project goals and objectivesCoordinate with team to define a training strategy and plan, where needed assist with execution on training plan (documentation, delivery, etc.)Create deliverables based on change planMeasures, monitors, and communicates progressProvides support to project team in identifying, creating, and managing delivering change Collaborate with internal organization communications to assure alignment of key messages and support the overall change strategy and plan

What You'll Bring:

Proven methodology & approach to organizational change management at a project levelWhile this project is not specifically merger-driven, it’s occurring during a time of significant organizational change.
