Key

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a diverse team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.Provide expert tax advice on a range of issues, including international tax, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance, and strategy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and advise on the implications for clients.Work closely with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to client service.Drive the growth of the tax department through business development activities.

RequirementsA minimum of 8 years of tax

experience, with

experience within a Big 4 firm.CPA or equivalent qualification is essential.Proven track record in managing and building client relationships.Strong leadership

skills, with

experience in managing and developing teams.Excellent communication

skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in simple terms.A deep understanding of international tax laws and regulations.Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
