Candor Health is partnering with a charming small animal practice in the picturesque seaside town of Ayrshire to fill the position of Clinical Director.


Role Highlights:



  • The practice are seeking an innovative clinical leader who is dedicated to the team, clients, and patients.

  • Bring your drive and vision to help shape the exciting redevelopment of the clinic and future growth.

  • This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a relaxed schedule, with no overnight hours and a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rotation (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM).

  • As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll collaborate with the Practice Manager to expand and develop the business.

  • Join a highly motivated and supportive team of Vets, 3 RVN’s, 1 SVN, 4 receptionists, and a Practice Manager who are friendly and passionate about their work.

  • A competitive salary range of £55-£70k, commensurate with experience.
