As the Head of Operations with our partner, you'll spearhead their in-house installation and monitoring initiatives, ensuring seamless deployment and top-tier service delivery for their cutting-edge security solutions. From assembling and leading a team of skilled professionals to overseeing end-to-end installation projects, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of home protection.

Responsibilities:Ensure flawless execution of installations to uphold their high standards of service.Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to provide valuable field insights.Navigate permit acquisitions and regulatory compliance with efficiency and expertise.Lead the planning, launch, and operations of their remote monitoring center.Drive compliance and regulatory oversight to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.Develop comprehensive risk management plans and strategies to ensure business continuity.
