Job Description


  • Facilitate cross-functional communication in order to lead projects to achieve end targets

  • Manage strategic business unit projects with leadership and commitment, to ensure the project key performance indicators are achieved

  • Collaborate effectively with national, international colleagues, stakeholders and the Project Steering Committee

  • Realistic planning of project timelines with consideration to Risk Management and capacities

  • Support and lead department strategic projects.

  • Managing and controlling of a project budget and product cost

  • Utilisation of Agile techniques in order to ensure transparency, create higher customer satisfaction and increased project control

  • Conduct retrospectives of past projects to act as lessons learnt for future projects


QualificationsExpected:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Good communication skills (written and oral)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills

  • Ability to prepare detailed and clear presentations

  • Self-organised, approachable person who can lead and motivate others

  • Creative approach to problem solving

  • Team player with leadership capabilities

  • Excellent knowledge of MS and computer systems
Preferred:

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques

  • Previously studied Project management techniques

Expected Start Date: March 2023
(date negotiable)

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 – 17.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break and Fri 08.00 - 16.00
