Technical Program Director
Key Role
Act as a strategic business leader and technical program manager partnering directly with internal and external senior leaders to effectively lead the shaping, capture, and delivery of multi-million-dollar US Government engagements while leading program or project teams throughout the software delivery life cycle. Support the client with critical missions and maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of
experienced teams of professionals. Bring innovative thinking regarding technical management, software delivery, system solutioning, and business management. Provide delivery leadership, business management, and client management for multiple software development projects or programs. Maintain responsibility for providing guidance and direction on technical management, business management, service delivery, and overall contract performance. Drive all aspects of contract management, financial, and budget control and maintain responsibility for reviewing the financial performance of existing programs. Debrief executive leadership with reviews of financial estimates and ROMs for new development efforts and lead and develop a diverse team of professionals.
Basic
Qualifications
15+ years of
experience with managing the development of software systems in the DoD, Federal Government, or commercial entities15+ years of
experience with technical solutioning of complex highly integrated systems
Experience With Direct Program Support To The Defense And Intelligence Sectors
Experience with managing projects using various SDLC models, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, cloud enabled solutions, architecture development, and "As a Service" offerings
Experience With Software Development In Java
Experience with managing contracts of greater than $25 million with multiple subcontractors
Experience with leading project teams of 50+ employees and acting as the client relationship managerKnowledge of geospatial intelligence enterprise-wide systems, system-to-system integrations, and system development processesTop Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree

skills for interacting with team members and senior government clientsTS/SCI clearance preferredMaster’s degree preferredProject Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level III Program Manager, Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Certified ICAgile Professional, AWS Associate, AWS Professional, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of
education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational
requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total
compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
