Job Description: As the Digital Integration/Supply Chain Director at BlackVe, you will play a pivotal role in leading our digital integration initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of engineering excellence. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Spacecraft Engineering, you will create, manage and direct the end-to-end digital engineering strategy, process, and subsequent tools across the life cycle of system of BlackVe’s products. This would include the evaluation and execution of suppliers along with digital integration of supplier base to ensure cost effectiveness.

Key

Responsibilities:Design, implement and manage the digital integration system for BlackVe with integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) design, manufacture, test and operations support techniques across the BlackVe business.Create and manage an end-to-end digital environment that connects design, supply chain, manufacturing, test, and operations.Perform and optimize digital tool trades, procurement, implementation, training, and ‘re-optimization’ processes.Lead cross company team implementation and integration to include promoting and coordinating necessary training.Develop supplier digital

requirements and methodology for tracking and implementing supplier changes.Establish with the Design team standards and implementation of simulation environment and related to the model interfaces.Be the primary focal point for supply chain evaluation and tracking. Direct and assist with the supplier management to achieve customer goals.Lead the development and execution of the company's digital integration & MBSE strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and technical roadmap.Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for MBSE/digital processes, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architectures,

requirements, and interfaces using MBSE methodologies and tools.Provide leadership and mentorship to digital integration teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Drive the adoption of advanced modeling techniques and tools to enhance system design, analysis, and verification/validation processes.Partner with project managers and stakeholders to ensure digital activities are integrated seamlessly into project workflows and schedules.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MBSE and application of AI/ML techniques, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Serve as a subject matter expert on MBSE, representing the company in industry forums, conferences, and technical discussions.Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to explore new opportunities and expand our digital capabilities.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of

experience in systems engineering and/or industrial engineering, with a focus on digital engineering methodologies and tools.Proven track record of successfully leading digital initiatives in a complex engineering environment.In-depth knowledge of MBSE standards and frameworks (e.g., SysML, UPDM) and proficiency in related tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rational Rhapsody).Strong leadership and communication

skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving

skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to balance technical rigor with business priorities.

Experience working in the space industry is a plus.Must have the ability to qualify and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
