Group Leader Sanitation

The Group Leader Sanitation Performs The

duties as a sanitation associate with the added

responsibilities of leading other sanitation associates with sanitation

duties.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead And Supervise Sanitation Associates In Performing Sanitation

duties. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Pre-rinse, wash, and sanitize equipment according to company standards. Inspect equipment and ensure proper reinstallation after cleaning. Set up equipment for production runs. Collaborate with sanitation leadership and production to address cleaning deficiencies. Follow safety guidelines and company policies. Follow AIB guidelines, HACCP, and GMP. Train new team members and ensure task completion. Perform various sanitation tasks as needed.

What We Need From You

At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of three years of sanitation

experience. Minimum of one year of supervisory

experience. Good communication, leadership, and organizational

skills. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
