Job Description

Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as a RN for our Inpatient Float Pool Team, you will be responsible for the following:

Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patientSupport and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hireCurrent license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsWork

experience in unit specific specialty preferred
