KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will help your Store Manager to:

Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.

• Organizing, overseeing and performing stock-takes
• Daily Cashing up
• Holding of keys, opening & closing of store
• Meeting all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage)
• Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries
• Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Refunds and Exchanges
• Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office

Full-time role with variable hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Experience:

• retail Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
