Your Role At Baxter
The Analyst, Supply Chain analyzes and coordinates a variety of processes which may include inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, import/export programs, and customer service to formulate and develop new or modified solutions to business issues affecting the supply chain function.
What you'll be doingCreate processes and methods to capture supply chain dataRegularly generate reports and track KPIs in order to analyze actual performance versus targeted performanceAnalyze data to identify problematic areas and serve as a consultant for process improvementsPlan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning, carrier performance)Develop
requirements and standards (fulfillment, delivery, import/export compliance)Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standardsHelp foster trusting relationships with business partnersCollaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systemsMay have responsibility for inventory procedures
What you'll bringBachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years relevant professional
experience preferredAbility to operate in the complex, matrixed environmentStrong leadership and collaboration
skillsProject management
experience and strong organizational
skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical
skillsExcellent written and oral communication
skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

We Understand
compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base
salary for this position is $60,000- $82,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated
salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon
location,
skills and expertise,
experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. For questions about this, our pay philosophy, and available
