An injection mold company serving the automotive industry is looking for a dependable, team-oriented machinist.

Job

Responsibilities:Set-up CNC/EDM machines to perform machine functions on work piece.Performing G-Code programming to run CNC machines.Setting up and operating units.Blueprints and process sheets to determine the correct settings for units.Perform scheduled maintenance and Machine Cleaning.Generally, work with engineers to establish proper manufacturing methods.Inspect finished work pieces to ensure tolerances.As well as monitoring machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors.Knowledge,

Skills, and Abilities:The

skills to run CAD, CAM, software applications are helpful.The ability to read micrometers, gauges, and probes are also helpful.

Experience in the following is highly recommended: Yoneda, Makino, Fanuc AND Toshiba 3-Axis machines.
