Bae Systems Is Looking For An
experienced, self-motivated Senior Systems Engineer to work on a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile, fast-paced development environment. The qualified candidate will support the development and implementation of a back-end mission-focused software application in addition to a couple other software applications.
Assigned tasks may include analysis of needs, the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), working with customers and other team members, integration testing of several software baselines, technical documentation including User Guides, sprint planning, customer engagement, close interaction with software and system test engineers on the team to achieve program objectives. Perform analysis and tasks at concurrent stages to include technical planning, system design, software implementation, system integration, testing, verification, and validation.
You should be customer service oriented, attentive to detail, self-motivated and work well in teams. Flexibility in approach to finding solutions, the ability to understand and act on the customer needs and priorities, and learn new technologies quickly are some of the qualities a successful candidate will have.

Full-time
Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
