Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with an excellent PE Backed SME in Preston as they look to increase their strong finance team with the addition of a newly qualified Financial Accountant.




This is an excellent varied opportunity for a first time mover to step into a high level role within an established business, with the opportunity to drive change and make the role their own. This individual will gain exceptional exposure and shadow and learn from a high calibre and supportive Group Financial Controller.



Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with external audit process and producing statutory accounts
• 
  Full accountability for reporting and accuracy of the balance sheet
• 
  Production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• 
  Short term cash flow forecasting
• 
  Continuous improvement of existing accounting procedures
• 
  Ad hoc project work

This is a coveted position that will spring board the successful candidates career giving them full end-to-end responsibility for the business’s accounts as well gaining highly sought after transaction experience as they support the CFO, FC, and external advisors with preparation work.
