$55k – $65K (DOE)
Position
Overview
The Administrative Assistant Must Have Previous
experience supporting senior executives or C-level in a corporate setting. The
responsibilities will include general administrative and project-based work as needed and depending on the time of year. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and demonstrate professional expertise as appropriate to the
essential functions of their position. The Administrative Assistant will be a strategic thinker and partner to ensure the day-to-day of the team is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be the face of the organization to the outside partners and labels.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
Maintains calendars and coordinates meetings across multiple internal and external divisions, in addition to serving as a liaison and gatekeeper to our internal team members and external clients. Coordinates domestic and international flights as requested by senior management, in addition to handling all logistics from hotels, car services, and coordinating special events from sourcing venues to gifts for clients. Serves as a liaison between all internal departments and senior management. The ideal Administrative Assistant will represent the highest level of confidentiality.Serves as a creative and out-of-the-box thinker when it comes to marketing initiatives and relationship building. Supports staff in assigned project-based work as needed.
Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant
Must be excellent in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a huge plus! 2 – 5 years of consistent
experience supporting senior management with administrative support.
Experience working in a relevant corporate setting. Excellent organizational
skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. Good verbal and written communication
skills. Email and internet savvy. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Education
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
