Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectivesDrive innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies evaluating their potential impact on the business, and recommending strategic investmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities across various business units and develop customized solutions to address specific challengesEstablish partnerships with external AI vendors, research institutions, and startups to leverage external expertise and accelerate innovationOversee the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and scalabilityStay abreast of AI research advancements, industry best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure all AI initiatives remain at the forefront of innovation and complianceBuild and lead a high-performing team of AI experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements

Advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field10+ years of

experience in AI research, development, and implementationDeep technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI-related domainsAbility to translate AI innovations into tangible business outcomes and competitive advantagesAbility to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement

Salary Range

$350,000-$450,000
