Interim Director Of Managed Care Needed At A Las Vegas Medical Center

The Position

The Interim Director of Managed Care will oversee managed care contracting for the hospital.The position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.The primary responsibility of this leader will be to execute managed care contracting on behalf of the hospital, assess contract performance, secure new contracts, and collaborate with the CEO and CFO to develop a managed care strategy.Ideal candidates will have expertise in Managed Care, Commercial Payers, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid.

Experience in leading a revenue cycle and proficiency in billing and coding are crucial.Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree is required.At least five years of relevant

experience in managing the negotiation of managed care agreements with commercial payers is required.

Pay Details

Pay Range: $160,000 -$175,000 annually.Final pay rate is dependent upon

experience,

education, training, and

location.
