Role Overview & Specifications
Due to expansion we are looking for Maintenance Electricians to join our growing team.
Working on void social housing properties completing maintenance and remediation:- 1st & 2nd fix Electrical including lighting/ Sockets/ Arial Points/ External lighting
- Working on a Job - Job basis as tasks will vary
- NVQ Level 3 & 18th Edition is required
2391 Testing & inspection would be an advantage but not essential, training provided for the right candidate.
Enhanced DBS would be an advantage but can be provided
