Overview

Under the direction of the Center Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating daily transporting of AltaMed PACE participants by receiving incoming pick-up calls; making outgoing calls and maintaining daily list of cancellation reasons. Coordinate transportation request forms with transportation vendors (e.g. Taxi) and/or AltaMed transportation department.

Minimum

Requirements

High School Diploma Or Ged Coupled With A Minimum Of One Year

experience in coordinating a program, with preferred

experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required. Computer literacy and good data entry

skills also required. Electronic Health Records

experience (i.e. NextGen) preferred.

Salary Range

$24.00 - $28.15 hourly
