Middle School Coordinator for ACE PATH Tucson

ACE PATH provides radical accompaniment, opportunity, and formation on youth's journey from 6th grade through college and to Heaven. We team with families and schools to empower our kids to obtain the highest degree of their dreams to enable their fullest flourishing, and we're honored and grateful to be a part of the Catholic Church's mission to help close the opportunity gap in our country.

RESPONSIBILITIESIn short, this role is a combination of the following:-Teaching 6th - 8th graders SEL, executive functioning, and high school/college prep

skills while building community and inviting them to deepen their personal relationship with God-Counseling and supporting 6th - 8th graders 1-on-1-Building relationships across school, family, and community partners-Operating as principal of our our summer program that melds a summer camp atmosphere with summer school rigor (with a bonus role of mentoring and forming undergraduates as they explore a potential future career in

education)

QUALIFICATIONSWe are looking for mission-oriented team players who:-Are bought into the Church's mission to bring about

educational equity, rooted in a belief that that all children were made for greatness in God's image-Have a degree (ideally a graduate degree) in and at least two years of

experience in teaching, counseling, social work, or related fields-Ideally speak Spanish fluentlyAre ready to work as a member of a team committed to growing while guiding the growth of the children entrusted to our care
