Finance Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager for a full-time position with a client located in Cleveland, OH. This is a Hybrid role in Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of proven

experience in managing finance and operations for a Professional Services organization.

Pay/

Salary Range: $100,000-125,000/yr

responsibilities include: Responsible for financial reporting and analysis for professional services business unit reviewing revenue and utilization forecasting, monthly P&L, quarterly reviews, project level accounting and budgeting Lead the team in customization and integration system enhancements. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to drive continuous improvement Assist with Pricing models and other financial projects as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or Business is desired Minimum 5 years of financial reporting and analysis is required Proven

experience in GAAP and ASOC606 principles and standards is required

Experience with Open Air and NetSuite ERP are required. SalesForce and ServiceNow

experience desired.
