Job Description
Summary: The IMS Manager is responsible for promoting and acting as a change agent for the internal HSEQ Management System within their Airgas Division (AMG). Specifically, they collaborate with stakeholders to deploy the HSEQ Management System and support the Process Owners (POs) within the Division.
Promoting the deployment of HSEQ Management System (IMS) within the Airgas Division, Training and supporting key stakeholders (Divisional Process Owners) in implementing HSEQ
requirements.Providing support to the internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Divisional Process Owners (DPOs).Compiling and reporting the progress made on internal compliance (SAFECOR). Supporting and assisting the Divisional Process Owners in the development of compliance action plans or IMS_GP Convergence.Working with corporate representatives to ensure program alignment with corporate strategies.Ensuring impacted business operations are represented in the Airgas Standard review process. Continuously working with the HSEQ Team to improve compliance to help minimize risks in the field. Ensuring timely completion of the IMS actions.Maintaining protocols to support the Internal Management Review process. Facilitating management review meetings and documenting decisions made.Continuously improving the effectiveness of the implementation of all applicable IMS processes.

Qualifications
HSEQ, Engineering, or Project Management degree OR equivalent work
experience demonstrated. 2-5 years of
experience project management and influencing championing process implementation Ability to plan and lead project meetings with multiple stakeholdersChange management and leading transformation Familiarity with data management and visualization Knowledge of IMS is an added benefit.
