6-7 years of similar

experience / estimating software ( On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Bluebeam, On center)

Experience with General Contracting/Paint/Tile estimating GREAT attitude, Energetic, Motivated, Go getter Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors/ oversee multiple projects at one time, including but not limited to fast track projects, off hours projects, TI's, JOC etc. Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, fast paced, multi tasker Attention to detail Attend jobsite meetings Preconstruction, pull planning, scheduling, safety, Create and track all requests for information and change orders Extensive knowledge of bid and contract documents i.e.. Plans, specifications, schedules
