JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Sales Representative & Development professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales process by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new business opportunities. This position requires a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal

skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a competitive drive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you will be a key player in the sales process, contributing to the generation of new business opportunities through established relationships. Your

responsibilities will include:- Learning and executing prospecting processes to generate new sales opportunities.- Collaborating with Senior Management to strategize effectively.- Driving key metrics and achieving sales targets.- Demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.

Qualifications &

Experience:2-7 years of hunting sales

experience in an external capacity.An outgoing personality with street smarts.A preferred Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience in the Building Materials space is highly advantageous.Ideally, a background in outside sales.Additional

experience dealing with contractors is a plus.Exposure to analyst/logistics (non-logistics industry background preferred).Previous involvement in the food industry is an additional advantage.Demonstrated

experience managing a book of business.
