We are working with a high-growth commercial stage pharmaceutical company in their search for a Human Resources Generalist. My client is a dynamic company, has a strong forward-looking revenue stream, and a pipeline in the Rx and consumer divisions that is advancing. They have a solid cash position and a lot of momentum.
The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have the following:BS or BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field3+ years of HR experienceSHRM-CP a plus

CompensationBase salary - $85K - $95K
